The Sixth Annual John Cardinal Wright Vocations Mass was held on August 24th, 2008 at 4:00pm. This year, the Vocations Mass was held at St Mary of the Mount Church on Mount Washington. The Principal Celebrant was Daniel Cardinal DiNardo, class of 1967, and the Principal Concelebrant was Pittsburgh's Bishop David A. Zubik. The concelebrants were Mnsr. Edward Burns, Rev. Gregory J. Brown, OFM Cap., ‘72, Rev. Joseph E. Henry, S.J. Faculty, Rev. Joseph Koterski, S.J., ‘72, Rev. William J. McGrath, S.J., Faculty, Rev. Joseph Mele, Rev. Joseph C. Scheib, ‘68, Rev. W. David Schorr, ‘65, Rev. Albert Semler, Rev. Louis F. Vallone, ‘65, and Deacon Mr. Stephen J. Byers ‘71. The server was Mr. Daniel Gallagher, a seminarian, and son of Mike Gallagher, '73. The Lectors were Mr. Michael Wallisch, ‘71 and Mr. Mark Kotter ‘72.
